Melanin Coaster Network?
MCN was founded by our CEO, Prime, in February 2022 after seeing a need for a roller coaster community, specifically for people of color. Since then, we have grown tremendously and have members all over the country. We have held several Primetime link-up events at different amusement/theme parks across America. MCN welcomes all races and ethnicities to support, join, and ride with us! Be a part of the movement, where every shade adds to the brilliance of our collective journey! Our motto is “Bridging the gap by bringing people together!”.
Who can join Melanin Coaster Network?
EVERYONE! Melanin Coaster Network’s mission is to shine a light on people of color who enjoy theme parks or roller coasters. EVERYONE is invited to help promote our cause. If you love roller coasters or theme parks, this network is for you. If you don’t like coasters, no problem! You might just enjoy holding bags and meeting new people. This club is still for you! We welcome everyone to join us at our Primetime Link-Ups and network with members from all over the country. Members and supporters are encouraged to engage with one another to broaden their professional and social circles. What is a Primetime Link-Up?
The phrase “Primetime link-Up” originated from the CEO’s name, Prime. Prime started MCN by asking people on social media if they wanted to “link up” at the parks and ride roller coasters. People started to come and the event’s name “Primetime Link-Up” took on a life of its own. It is now the name of the official Melanin Coaster Network meet-up events. Members come to hang out, network, and just enjoy coasters and thrillz. MCN offers an exclusive experience by providing exclusive ride times, backstage coaster tours, group rate discounts on hotels and tickets, and apparel.
